Th staff and facility was amazing. Dinner and breakfast were on point View point of the main road from our onsen

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was so close to the gondola. We also liked that the onsen was available 24 hrs. The best part was the complementary breakfast. The food selection was awesome. It was the best breakfast we’ve had while traveling. Can’t find anything that I didn’t like.

Best place I have ever stayed on any of my ski trips. All was exceptional : very informative and easy communication prior to our arrival, pick up from the welcome center, spacious room, breakfast, onsen, ski rental on the property, ski locker and a shuttle to take you to the lifts anytime you were ready. Stores and restaurants just walking distance. We could not possibly ask for anything more. All was exceptional

The staff were tremendous and the onsen was lovely. The ski locker was great and the complimentary short ride up the hill to the ski area was appreciated. Loved the nice deep bathtub and generous counter space in the bathroom. The room was on the smallish size and didn't have any hooks for hanging up ski jackets, gloves, etc. There was a small closet but most ski properties have wall hooks also. Everything else was perfect.

This hotel was beautiful. The room and bathroom was amazing. The food was very good. We went to ski, they rent the equipment (it was good equipment) and we also got lessons. When we arrive, it was two persons from the staff in the lobby. One was very helpful (a japanese one) but the other was from another country and it was not so good.

Excellent location, nice amenities, ski shop with wax service and lockers. Great front desk staff. Loved the onsen. Can’t say anything. Truly exceeded my expectations.
-
Location is so close to the mountain, but even if you don't want to walk the Chalet Ivy has a shuttle to drive you to and from either gondola location. The breakfast is fantastic! Staff is very helpful and very friendly! All English speakers too. We rented our snowboard gear downstairs - so easy and convenient! Nothing - we truly enjoyed everything about this hotel!
-
ski, breakfast buffet, staff very attentive Onsen was not impressive
-
Great location to the mountain and local spots; kind and respectful staff; loved the onsite onsen!

-
Shuttle services, daily included breakfast was excellent, onsen on site, walking distance to everything, staff were excellent. Onsite ski locker and equipment hire. Onsite bar and fire place. Best stay ever.
-
The breakfast was awesome with both western and Japanese options. A short walk, on heated sidewalks, to the gondola. The onsen was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful

Nice and helpful staff Facilities Breakfast quality

Proximity to mountain access couldn’t be beat - they also provided shuttles to and from the welcome center which was nice. The breakfast every morning was spectacular. Very nice private onsen that I would highly recommend. Staff was very friendly.
-
Excellent resort, right on the slopes. Lovely staff and rooms. Top notch breakfast. Ski Concierge amazing, everything was ready on arrival. Onsen was great. LGBTQ friendly. Highly recommend.
-
Beautiful hotel and service with great view of slopes, easy ski access, ski storage, proximity to dining options and rentals. Buffet was also really good. Wasn't a good way to set temperature. Fluctuated between warm and warmer. Pricey, but understandable given location.

The Furano Beef course at the restaurant was the best beef I have ever had. The staff found my room key I lost and told me and refunded the charge and loaned me an ice scraper for my car. Service was amazing and the rooms are beautifully designed and clean.
