Brilliant location, with a convenience store downstairs in the building, so you don't have to go outside for supplies! The staff (all friendly and helpful) picked me up and dropped me off from and to my airport bus at the Hirafu Welcome Centre, and reached out to me in advance of my stay to confirm my arrival time so they could pick me up. The room had everything I needed, with a good range of facilities, was clean, modern and warm. It is an easy walk up the hill to the Gondola (about 300 metres), or within the same range to a wide variety of food and coffee options. Only one very minor negative is that being so central there is a little bit of noise from the next door road, carpark and surrounds, but a very minor issue and it wouldn't stop me recommending a stay here, or coming back. I would still rather be this central rather than more remote and quiet, as it was so convenient to everything.

The location and the amenities. Nothing that I didn’t like.

Great apartment for our family of four with a lovely view. Our hosts were all wonderful and picked us up and dropped us off wherever we wanted to go. Good location within easy walking distance to bar and restaurants and very convenient to have a mini supermarket on the ground floor. If we go back to Niseko, we will book again. Quite expensive but then that's ski accommodation for you.

Great location, 5-7 min walk to the Ace Gondola. Convenience store just below. Restaurants and retail all in walking distance. Staff fabulous and helpful. The room (Studio D) was plenty of space for two and came with its own little kitchen with everything you needed. The photos don't show the space that's in there. There's a closet to hang things and a little entry way that's not pictured. And had our own washer/dryer which was handy. Note that there is a bit of sound that comes from the stairwell next to the room. It was infrequent most days, but if you're a light sleeper something to note and take ear plugs.

Excellent location with clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel offers an in-house shuttle service that takes you anywhere you need, making it easy to explore other resorts such as Annupuri and Hanazono without relying on resort shuttle buses! Most importantly, the hospitality is outstanding! A special thanks to Chisa and Daisuke for their kindness in driving us to and from the clinic—not just once, but twice. Truly grateful for their care and support! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We would gladly stay here again if we return to Niseko!

This is a fabulous property. We had a two bedroom apartment. Absolutely huge. Close to the snow. Coffee shop and convenience store within the same building. A shuttle bus to take us anywhere and everywhere on request. Denis , Daisuke and Chisa provide an outstanding service.

What a fantastic stay! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice time. Wonderful location, with the welcome centre a 5 min walk away and a convenience store just down stairs. The accommodation itself was beautiful and we had no issues.

Fabulous, spacious apartment, perfect for families. Great location with a supermarket and coffee van downstairs. Washing Machine broke on our first day and did not get fixed until we left as it was over a weekend.

The location is 10 out of 10, with a large convenience store and a % Arabica Coffee at 1F. Additionally, the staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.
