Miru Nozomi Views

Guests of Miru Nozomi have access to the Miru onsen which was a nice surprise that I didn't see on the website. The accommodations were excellent and the location can't be beat. The hotel staff is responsive and efficient. We look forward to staying again in the future.

By far the most exceptional place we’ve stayed in Japan. Enormous. Spectacular view of Mt Yotei. Just at the base of the family lift and in the center of Hirafu. Convenience stores on either side. Free shuttle buses throughout the other resorts. Very grateful for the hotel arranged pickup and drop off to the bus and train station. Exceptional communication. Ski lockers in the lobby. Really a great experience. Traveled with our family of 5 (3 teenagers) but also friends in another unit. Easily hosted all 10 of us for dinner one night. Fabulous! Breakfast :) but with so many restaurants and convenience stores around, it wasn’t a problem.

Miru Nozomi Views worked perfectly for us. It was in a perfect location, all of the staff was extremely helpful and efficient before and during our stay, it was clean, had a good ski locker and lobby, sufficient storage, well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, at the center of Grand Hirafu where everything is walking distance. The room was also nice and clean - biggest room Ive ever stayed at in Japan. No free water. But seicomart was walking distance so we just bought our own water.

It was lovely location and nice accommodation. Kitchen was poorly equipped and difficult to control temperatures within living room and bedrooms, bathrooms. So some places really hot whilst others cool.

The management was helpful - they met us at Hirafu Welcome Center, brought to main hotel for check-in procedure etc. hot water would occasionally turn cold, but few minutes wait and its back again. Not sure what was the issue, but it was not a big problem

It’s near hirafu base … that’s the only good thing 1. We didn’t ask for room service, in the morning around 9+am the cleaner just decided to unlock the door without checking and walk into our room while we were inside. 2.Check our time was at 11am around 10+ the cleaner knock on our door again and ask if were gonna check out as they wanna clean the room asap .

Exceptional

Easy shuttle from Kutchan station. Frequent communication through booking.com messaging system to arrange time for pickup. Once arrived to Kutchan, there was a person holding a sign with my name on it. We then got shuttled to Miru to check in. We couldnt check into Nozomi views because it was early, but they allowed precheck and we left our items at Miru. After a full day of skiing we went to Nozomi views and they moved in our stuff from Miru to Nozomi for us. Nozomi views 1bd1ba had great views of Mt Yotei when it was clear out. Overall it is an amazing place to stay for skiing. walkable to Quad Ace Family chairlift and many dining options including Seicomart for cheap groceries. Nothing really.
