Excellent staff

Great location! Was perfect for just a couple of days. Wasn’t really fond of the shower. I appreciate a private shower but just didn’t like how the whole bathroom will get wet when you shower.

Customer service in M lodge is amazing, they’re super friendly, accomodating and will help you out on local resources. Will definitely stay again. Short walk to the slopes, they’ll help you with access to Ski hire etc… beautiful. They’ve washing machines downstairs and all the information you need The only negative is that it’s a tiny bit out dated, but the photos online dictate what you’re getting. Super clean, convenient, great little spot. It’s not super expensive, great location. Thanks guys

The location was excellent. Close to everything you need and a short walk to the mountain lifts. Staff were very welcoming and accomodating, super helpful with all of our queries. It felt like a backpackers, when we thought it was a hotel style (particularly considering the amount of money we paid). The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on a hard floor. Quite a lot of noise at night too…we did not get much sleep at all and ended up with very sore backs.

Really good location and the staff were friendly No lift, wasn’t clear in the advertisement. Also very little sound proofing.

Leaving The girl at reception hated her job and made us feel like we ruined her day by checking in. The building is old, damp, cold and dirty. There is no heating other than in the rooms. The bed was rock hard and the bathroom didn’t have a bidet toilet, which is something you get even in public toilets. The walls are paper thin so when drunk people come home everyone in the building hears them. The building is too close to the pub on the corner so all you can hear until 4am is drunk bogans yelling. Don’t stay here.

Central location and great price I would never use Booking. Com Their actions resulted in the cancellation of my son’s airfare. This was confirmed by China Airlines but Booking. Com refused to to return emails or provide a refund

Location Poor equipments

Location was great right in town. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating Bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was extra firm). We reserved a queen bed and got two twins pushed together
