We requested extra linens but denied as it was not in our original reservation. SEems like getting a sheet would not be that hard! Thenpillows.were uncomfortable.

If you need to take public transportation it's not close at all. There are not many options for restaurants nearby.

Dusty… under the bed… on the lights… on the windows. I dropped my phone and it slid under the bed, when I reached down for it the whole phone was covered in dust. The windows and lights also had lots of dust. But other than needing a good dusting it was very clean.

The property was clean and close to the main road and train station. Had no problems finding the property.

The room is spacious with sitting area, big bathroom with separate toilet and sink. Great value for the room. Wish there were tea in the room.

Nice, big and very spacious room, very comfortable, and clean. Despite the manager was not there, he helped us via phone that is in the loby. All good

Carpet was really dirty but other than that it was a really nice place to stay.

Location was good, close to trains and not far to walk. Huge room, lots of space to spread out and open 4 suitcases. Beds were a bit small for 4 people

先說最負評的有兩點： 1.入住時房間的冰箱壞了，完全不冷！不知道是什麼問題，即使上面的燈是正常的亮但就是不冷！沒辦法冰水果跟飲料 2.入住第一天隔天上午六點被床頭的鬧鐘吵醒！響了一次不夠還響了第二次！現代人都用手機自己設，完全不懂為什麼要放鬧鐘，跟客服反應只說可能是前房客設的，但對我而言這樣被打擾真的只能負評。 其餘部分： 櫃檯沒有人，所以完全自助入住，入住過程沒有問題，住宿地點離五條站約走路5-10分鐘，備品放在一樓的桌子可以自取。 但一進房間，地毯感覺顏色深淺不一，清潔度無法信任，完全不敢赤腳踩在上面，沙發也是感覺灰塵蠻多的，不敢坐在上面。房間燈光有點昏暗，還擺了一些日式陳設，但有點意義不明還佔空間。 優點是房間很大，要開三個大行李箱也完全沒問題。浴室洗手台台面也蠻大的。

We loved our room on the 4th floor. It was spacious and the bed was just big enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children to fit comfortably. Love how the ceiling and hard floors gave the room character. Some dust accumulation on benches.

The room was big, one of the biggest you can get for this money in Japan. Easy access to the bus station and next to the 7 Eleven store. Also, good conexion to most important tourist attractions

Nice room in a great location. Easy check in and out. Very nice and clean. The "double" bed is two small for two people European size.

This inn was situated within walking distance to the JR station and a slew of other tourist attractions. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and offers guests plenty of privacy. There was no housekeeping despite my stay of 1 week. When contacted, owner said housekeeping only comes upon a guest checkout. So maybe I should have broken down my 7-day booking to 2 or 3 days each? Also, I booked for a room for 4pax. There were only 2 sub-queen sized beds which all 4 of us could lie down at the same time but had no space to wiggle, only at the risk of falling off.

Location was great, lots of space, felt authentic for the area. 7 Eleven, Fresco, Family Mart were all close by. Great little cafes and restaurants were also close by in walking distance. As it states in its description, beds are small.
