Entrance to the hotel, the should make a luggage ramp for the stairs.

The place is well situated The service at check out was very rude. I was in the lounge on a work call they wanted me to pay a late check out fee which I was ok with but I was in a video work call I couldn’t do two things at once. She became rude and aggressive. I was getting ready to come to the desk to pay after my call it was so unprofessional and pushy it was hard to believe this is Japan! The lounge was noisy due to repairs

Location was middle of many things we wanted to do. A ton of shrines, and sights nearby. Great location Nothing stood out to us. Our experience here was really good. Too bad we didnt get to try the breakfast. We had plans at 7:00 so I'm sorry about that!
