It’s inside the train station Everything is clean
-
Staff not friendly uninterested and passive. English skills are lacking.
-
Location is conveniently located side the train station. Staff are friendly. No laundry area,it’s a bit hard to find the location as Kyoto station is big and there’s no sign where the hotel is,unlike the gran via hotel it’ll tell you where to go there’s sign for their hotel. You have to pay for breakfast. The rooms are smaller compared to toyoko inn.

Rooms are slightly smaller but we managed

Decent hotel, was expectign bit more

The room is fine. It is a budget hotel. There are many hotels just outside the train station. I should have checked those out before booking this one. There were no blackout curtains. We woke up when the sun rose around 5 am. I would not stay here again just because there are no blackout curtains.

Location ! Convenient to shopping , attractions and restaurants!
-
The location is great! The afternoon rest time 3-6 I was surprised there are only drinks with so many empty spaces. It would be nice to have some snacks and make it real rest time lol.

Convenience kyoto station, clean, accomodating professional staff
-
The location is exceptional and we love that the front staff are all Japanese people. There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.
-
Its easy access to train plus it has a soundproof

Excellent location and good comfort

It was a perfect location for us because it is right in the train station. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, it was nice not having to walk far from the station. Overall, the hotel and the room were clean. Toiletries and PJs were provided. They also have a welcome refreshments.

Small, window do not open. No air

Part of the Kyoto station complex. Nice room design. Tasty breakfast (except there's no orange juice and no filter coffee). You can hear the trains pass early in the morning although there are two-layer windows. Although the hotel is quite large, there is no common bath. I could not find the breakfast anywhere (in the hotel room, on the TV or via the QR code with information): you need to ask at the front desk. Although there were two pillows per bed, they were both exactly same (too high for me).

I liked the hotel very much. Especially the location was 1 min away from Shinkansen exit. I will use this hotel again for sure. Convenient stores like seven eleven are within walking distance. But they are small and products they have mainly are for people who travel with Shinkansen. They don’t have many choices for people who stay in hotels. I had to walk about 7-9 mins to go bigger 7-11 store to get something I needed.

The bathrooms were no clean and there was hair stuck to the walls from previous people. The front staff seemed bothered by our larger family.

Great location Room/bathroom fixtures a little old but still clean and functional
