Very nice place to stay in Kyoto, definitely will come back again. Room is very clean, people are friendly and nice, location is amazing and you have everything around, restaurants around the hotel are nice, price is good for food , very happy with my 5days stay Nothing, eve thing is good, worth the money

Room was nice - 16m2 - just enough for two people, clean nice and comfortable bed. Included breakfast was good and could pick up various little things on way to room helped make the whole place welcoming. The staff are polite and kind.

Perfect location opposite Kyoto Station surrounded by great places to eat and shop - couldn't have been better. Not only was the variety and quality of the buffet breakfast great, it was absolutely value for money. If I were to nitpick, a small gym/fitness area would be a nice amenity to have in the hotel.
