Too pricy for what its offer. $5000 for 3 nights. They don't offer even a free coffee. I didn't liked the vibe pricy for no reason.

Beautiful property and the staff were exceptional. Remembered every little detail about your stay both at the hotel and what you were doing around the city.

Location is right in Ninenzaka. Welcomed by cheerful staff who were nice enough to upgrade our room to a better one with a fantastic view of Kyoto. Everything was top notch and exceeded expectations! The elegant Kyoto design style is very classy. A bit on the pricey side, but the location and facilities more than make up for it.

The most wonderful, best hotel I have ever stayed at in my whole life—and I’ve traveled a lot! The service, the people, the location, the atmosphere, the breakfast and private dinner experience, and the view over the old town… wow, wow, wow! Truly impressive. I will never forget this fantastic hotel and the wonderful staff. Nothing. It was perfect!

Everything I I did not like the hotel policy. I have a membership in the Park Hyatt Hotel and I booked through Booking, and they did not add points to my membership. The reason is because I booked through the Booking website and not through the hotel website.

The property location is excellent, the property is very nice and the staff are very helpfull The booking of the resto of Kyoyamato has to be 4 days before. I did not know about it thus we could not book the resto.

Location is unbeatable at the foot of the path to Kiyomizu-Dera. Waking up early to head to the temple without fighting crowds is such a treat. Staff were extremely helpful (thank you to front desk and the concierge team). Akiko-san and Joshua at Bar Kohaku were fantastic with their service and drinks. It is pricy. But Park Hyatt Kyoto does not disappoint. Breakfast service was not up to par compared to Park Hyatt Tokyo or Park Hyatt Regency Kyoto. Staff were mixed in terms of their friendliness/service (just enough to get the job done). Could be due to the never-ending crowds as the restaurant was open to public as well. Breads were disappointing (considering we had just come from Park Hyatt Tokyo where it was exceptional).
