The temperature of the water in the onsen was not hot enough, just warm

Room was too expensive! Very unforgiving if accidentally made error of your reservation, booked 2 instead of 3, not to mentioned it was suppose to be a graduation present. I felt scammed since I couldn’t talked Japenesese to present my case or some compromising offer from the hotel. Felt unfriendly towards non speaking Japanese customers!

Hotel follows traditional Japanese style, but is new and well maintained. Great onsen facilities. Great spacious rooms for families. Very close to Kyoto station. Truly a gem. Everything was great.

Close proximity to Kyoto Station. Very clean & well maintained. Great attention to details with guests comfort in mind. The breakfasts were very authentic, amazing presentation, more food than we could eat. Nothing really.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with the usual ryokan perks (yukata provided, futon is prepared by the staff everyday), the bathroom was clean and comfortable as well. The staff was very nice and the onsen was a great add on.
