Very clean and loved the manga library. Also very Japanese breakfast that was delicious Beds were quite hard and it’s a bit far from the center but with taxis and transportation it was more than navigable. Also easy to walk just farther than I realized when booking

Location is good. Very near Nijijo-Mae station. Convenience stores all nearby, the Teramachi and Nishiki market just a train ride away. I only have one thing I didn’t like was only 2 washing machines for the entire building.

The breakfast. Meal was okay, but the same everyday. Breakfast staff lady was rude. In my 60’s I do not need an older woman yelling at me. She should be mindful of her job and breakfast station, not ignoring for minutes on end.

Even though the room has a window, it is prohibited to open, so I felt a bit suffocated. The pillowcases had a little weird smell that I’m not sure how to describe, but not a big issue with the fragrance spray.

Awesome hotel close to the bus stations, 7/11 amd Lowen convenient stores. Also a cool market place. The bed was a bit hard but from all the walking you do they feel comfy.

The location was great. The staff where helpful. The air conditioner was too much for the room. The beds where very hard.

The room was a bit small compared to other hotels I stayed at, which is why I am giving this a 9. It's not perfect, but pretty close. Also the bathroom was a bit oddly configured. No other complaints.

It was quiet and fair priced for the location and size. The beds were a little low for me and the shower/tub had a very high lip to climb over to get in.
