The hotel is a widely setup appartment complex near the Dogo park, which is very well connected with public transport. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is well kept. The rooms are a nice mix of Japanese style (Tatami mats, etc) with a modern apartment style (silent, spacious). The staff were very friendly, accommodating and would offer very helpful trip advice for things to do nearby. Overall, great location, great people and great facilities

You cannot extend your stay at the front desk, but that needs to be done via a new booking on booking.com. Furthermore, be sure to remind the staff that you need to pay the 1 euro tourist tax. Otherwise they'll come into your room at 5:30 in the morning to make sure you pay it on check-out day.

Rooms are small but that is expected. There are more than one Smart Place Inn in the neighborhood, be careful where you'll actually stay.

The location is fantastic just steps from the beach, with all the best of Tel Aviv right at your doorstep. The apartment itself is of the highest quality, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. One of the biggest advantages for our family was having two full bathrooms, which made getting ready each day so much easier. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests. We were delighted to be among the first guests to stay here and had a wonderful experience. We only hope this apartment will still be available the next time we visit Israel. Highly recommended!

It was nice, the staff were nice and held luggage before check in and after check out, the microwave was nice. The air just felt sticky and wet the whole time (I get it rained some but even with the AC on it just felt sticky). I also didn’t realize they left the front doors open all night so for safety that scared me, especially being on the first floor. The whole downstairs also smells like smoke because there is a smoking room on that floor.

Location and cleanness Plug converter wasn’t existed so it caused a peoblem for our trip

A decent place to stay. Location was a little far from transit, 7elevens, etc. Carpet in room had stains and wasn’t vacuumed before my arrival as I found crumbs, raisins, etc under the bed. Front desk staff were only alright. Honestly, wouldn’t stay at this location again. Not worth the cost. It was like one step above a hostel.

Location was perfect in a quieter neighborhood that's great for exploring the whole city and with plenty of food options around. Actually expensive for the size of the rooms and the services provided. Room isn't cleaned at all if you stay 4 days or under, which is quite surprising for the price. Also, staff was very neutral.

This is a great hotel for the price. You get a clean room in a convenient location for a very reasonable rate. Nothing fancy, but then we are not staying in the hotel, we are exploring Kyoto. It has a queen sized bed which is hard to find in a budget hotel. The room is a bit tight, but workable for two people. My biggest complaint is the pillows are filled with beans or something. It is a bit like sleeping on a bag of gravel.
