It was very clean, they had everything that you needed! If you had any questions you could come down and ask them! I also loved how you could leave your luggage since we got there really early we had the entire day to explore and then come back and check in I didn’t like how small the room was for three people and also the bathroom is similar to an airplane bathroom with how small it is . I slept just ok. The beds were kind of hard and the pillows were very firm which I don’t like. It was somewhere to sleep which is ok with me

Location and rooms were perfect! Shower facilities were also very tidy, functional and pleasant! The only thing was the towels could be a little bigger!

We really liked the location, neighborhood. It was close to public transportation and you can visit local shops nearby to experience genuine local way of life. No cleaning services were provided during our stay, and our room in the entrance was a bit dark and airless.

Very convenient location—within walking distance to both the Kamo River and Nijō Castle, which made it easy to explore some of Kyoto’s most iconic spots. It’s also close to the Kawaramachi / Shijō downtown area, so there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. At the same time, the hotel is just far enough removed from the busy streets to stay quiet and calm at night, which made it really comfortable to come back and rest. Only downside is that it’s a bit of a walk from the nearest train station, but overall the location strikes a great balance between accessibility and tranquility.

Good place to stay near Nijo station which was 8-10 mins walk. Rooms were quite big. very very limited amenities provided and no facility to opt for breakfast.

Affordable for one night stay. Beds and pillows are not encased which can cause bed bugs issues.

Room didn't have real windows. The window was frosted and facing close tall grey wall of other building. Felt claustrophobic and small. Washer dryer doesn't dry eventhough I only put half clothes on 30min extension. No real lobby. And was the most expensive of my stays in Japan.

Great location. Just next to a covered street with lots of cafes and restaurants. Nice sized rooms. A 10 minute walk to the subway or 7 minute walk to the bus stop.

Good value. Basic room and bathroom with amenities. For the price it was great. Parking can be difficult. You may end up four blocks from the property.

Very nice, clean, modern room. Easy access with keypad. In a nice area with cute streets, loved a little onigiri shop nearby.
