Location, amenities, breakfast and staffs. Last time we stayed for 5 nights and asked them to keep our luggage while we traveled to Hokkaido. When we came back I misplaced my luggage receipt but staff brought our luggage without any problems. Next year we will stay there again. Nothing.

Great location. Walk to everything to see and do. Main food area subway. Good laundry, microwave and ice The coffee machine they have as a welcome drink only available in the afternoon. It should be a morning availability

We needed a room that would sleep three people. Ours had two large and very comfortable beds, and one twin that was quite hard. There was a decent amount of space considering most hotel rooms in Japan are quite small. The hotel is quite near a metro stop so getting around was very easy. The staff was helpful and the lobby had a good array of free amenities that we appreciated. The air conditioning in the room was good - it was quite hot during our time in Kyoto. If the third bed had been less hard, that would have been nice. It was so firm that my back ached in the morning. The other two beds were much comfier. Otherwise, everything was quite satisfactory and we would stay there again.

Location was absolutely perfect - 7/11 , Metro Station 5 mins away. Free of charge amenities station, professional staff and extraordinary service.

Very comfortable stay. Reception staff was excellent. Housekeeping of room was excellent. Room size was big, but sofa cum bed was not comfortable for seating in Hollywood twin rooms. Ventilation in Toilet was not sufficient.

Great hotel to stay multiple days. Nice location within Shijo. Customer service was awesome. As always the size of the room which is understandable.
