The room is okay but it’s hot in the hallway but the area is very good close to the stations It’s hot in the hallway and the 3 bid is so small

They didn’t allow us to eat breakfast at lobby or dinners even they are not providing any foods and seats were all available.

カスタマサービスがとても良かった。朝食のスタッフ、チェックイン、チェックアウトのスタッフが、とても親切だったので、又泊まりたいと思った 3つベットの部屋は、荷物を開ける場所もなく、ベットが3つくっついているので、寝る時も寝ている人の上をよじ登らないといけなかった

The hotel is under renovation. No restaurant inside the hotel. In order to reach your room you need to take 2 different elevators. Too much hustle especially if you have lots of heavy luggages.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Restaurants and the Station It was under construction. A lot of dust and we had to go through different floors to get to our room

Breakfast closed at this time. Otherwise room was good and had a good location. A good place to stay if visiting Kyoto

Luggage transportation not convenient. WiFi issues.

There is a limited number of washing machines available. We waited (next to the washing machines) for over an 1.5h for three washing machines which had ended but were locked and the staff could not unlock them. At the end we just gave up. In the previous hotel we stayed the staff could call the room of the person who was doing their washing. There is no such thing here. Bathroom is very small.

Although it was under construction (we were warned ahead of time) and several amenities weren’t available to us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is a great location if you are using Kyoto as a hub for day trips Very clean and even though the room is small as is typical in Japanese hotels it’s really well organized. We particularly liked the casting function on the tv which allowed us to enjoy some of our favourite prime tv in evenings after a long day to sightseeing Hotel is being renovated so there are not a lot of rooms available right now but the work didn’t bother us at all

It's accessible right on the same level of the train station exit platform level. you just walk 30m and you reach the hotel building, albiet you still need to take an escalator/ lift up to the 3rd floor. They still use physical keys for the hotel room doors and can only grant each room 1 key.
