Fantastic location by Kyoto Station to get everywhere in the area. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice staff. Breakfast has an incredible amount of options with interesting seasonal specialties. There was a sign about staff being able to identify vegetarian food for breakfast, but staff pointed out items that were not, in fact, vegetarian.

Perfect location, close to the train station and several resturants. Breakfast could be improved.

Location was very close to the train station which was a plus when toting luggage. Staff was extremely helpful, premises were very clean. On site coin laundry was very useful. Room was very small any room layout was not convenient for using closet. Huge raised step over to get into bathroom, and bathroom not designed for tall people. I am 72 inches tall and mirror only came up to my chin. Had to bend over to shave.

The hotel is within an easy walk of the train station and has a Lawsons next door. The room is a typical Japanese compact hotel room that had everything we needed. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in as we got there several hours early and had a tour to get to. Breakfast was a good mix of Japanese and western food and the service was great.

I like its location, the modern and clean look, and how accessible it was from bus or train. The bed was a little stiff. I did wake up with stiff neck and shoulders.

Cleaniness, location and staff friendliness. Breakfast was a big foreign. Probably not fair to ask but a few more items like eggs and bread, fruit, would have been welcome, but then we don't have Asian selections in our Canadian hotel chains. Everything was super clean.

Excellent location, the room has good space for one or two people. Very nice breakfast and complimentary drinks. The temperature in the building is extremely hot.

Convenient, close to Kyoto station, a Lawson store is at the corner. Front desk staff were very helpful at check-in. Got upgraded, room was spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast was traditional Japanese, very good.
