Excellent location, in a quiet area yet very convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a positive attitude. If you choose to skip room cleaning, fresh towels and bottled water are still left outside your door, which is a thoughtful touch. Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea are available 24 hours a day. The coffee was especially outstanding—one of the best hotel coffees I’ve had and exactly to my taste. The breakfast was average. It wasn’t bad, but it was fairly ordinary and didn’t stand out compared to other hotels.

The room was beautiful and featured modern decor. We walked over from Kyoto station and were able to drop off our luggage before check in. The staff were friendly and delivered our luggage to our rooms. The toiletries that were provided were high quality. The location is great for taking adventures from Kyoto station.

Absolutely perfect location (right next to the station yet incredibly quiet), lovely staff, gorgeous rooms, and for someone who had already been traveling for 2 weeks and will be traveling for a few more, the in-room laundry facilities were a blessing. No notes, 10/10 stay and would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here!

Great location. Inexpensive give quality and location. Great staff good facilities and interesting design. The rooms have no windows but to the concrete wall directly outside. Actually pretty cool but takes some getting used to. The lack of direct windows took some getting used to.

Everything! The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff members are the best there is in Kyoto. The location is great, near stations and shopping areas. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Nothing. This hotel is just perfect.
