A little small but it had everything we needed.

It’s near the metro and main malls and temples. No microwave in the rooms. Have to go to the 1st floor to reheat food or drinks

Very good location. Close to 2 metro line stations and close to many busy with restaurants and stores streets. The room is quiet and spacious. Hotel provides you with chargers and adapters. The laundry equipment is weak and requires many cycles.

It location was great right in the heart of Kyoto and the service was warm and friendly Rooms were very small

Close to everything. Staff was amazing. Facilities are great. We had a room facing the street. The bikes and cars revved their engines until 2-3am making it really hard to sleep at night. Multiple sirens as well.

Cool hotel, located pretty close to Sanjo station, which makes access to lots of the main attractions in Kyoto pretty accessible. Staff were super helpful when I encountered issues with the luggage forwarding service. Nearby Nishiki Market is pretty cool too.

Exceptional location, close to restaurants, bakeries, stores, and subway stations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the mattress and pillows were very good. nothing, we had a great experience

I booked this place on fairly short notice and was not disappointed! The location of this hotel was really great, it was within walking distance of TONS of restaurants and things to do, and not too far from a train station. The staff was very friendly as well. The rooms were clean and the bathtub was huge! My only complaint would be that the room wasn't soundproof and due to it's central location I could hear quite a bit of noise from the street at night. It didn't keep me awake but something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again though and overall a very nice hotel!

This was in the prime spot for all the walking ventures we took. Everything in all directions took a little less than 30mins to walk to. And if you are more of a commuter it’s super close to the rails and buses too. Walls are a bit thin so if the guests staying there are rude and loud it will be heard throughout however staff was polite when reminding guests that walls are not sound proof.
