The room didn't have any toiletries not even toothbrushes, toothpaste, or tea. It only had shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Nice staff, nice hotel. Very clean, just spacious enough. Bus 202 or 207 can take you 3 minutes on foot from the hotel, and they connect the most touristy places so it's perfect. The bathroom sink was difficult to figure out. The area near the hotel isn't great to look for restaurants, but it's very close to the train station so it's best to look for food going there.

Great location but dirty qith insects and smelly Smell in room was awful the shits were yellowish dirty and got biten by bedbugs. Staff did not care at all even upper management. Checked out to another hotel as they denied any wromgfping or partail refund even for city taxes. Met local.people that said they heard similar stories of the hotel

Close to the train station. The room faced the road and was quite noisy.

Good hotel with access to buses and Kyoto station 10 mins away. The room was good size and they were able to hold our bags early before check in time, and after we checked out so we could explore Gion and Ninenzaka. Comfy beds and medium sized bathroom. Conbinis were 2 blocks away but not a big deal. Everything else was pleasant.

Bathroom was TOO small!!! Staff was not warm nor friendly. My assigned room's bed was not made up as required for check in. Had to wait for another available room. Overpriced for the accommodation.

Clean and confortable. Everything new. Near the station and bus stop. Internet worked well.

Larger room, comfortable bed, location fine Carpet was dirty. Nice employees but seemed like the management was weak. Downstairs, where one could eat breakfast, reeked of cigarettes and had no ventilation. Plates were available but the silverware was covered up, as if hidden.

the room is clean and quiet . there is a smoking room and tea room the guests were very noisy while eating at the tea room so annoying.

Clean hotel with nice amenities including WIFI, tea, and coffee. The room was good. Nice shower. We also felt it was a good value. Would stay again. The location was a bit remote but was worth the walk.
