Hotel The M’s Kyoto

Great place to stay, very close to the station. The room wasn't very big, but it was comfortable enough. The bed was comfortable, and there was a self-service laundry, which was very useful. The lounge was very cool, and there was a coffee machine where you could make yourself a coffee for just 100 yen. WiFi was very very poor, it was slow and it often disconnects. Completely unreliable.

Nice hotel with a lovely lobby. They offer a cheap use of their coffee machine. Great luggage transfer system. Perhaps a bit out for some people's requirements of Kyoto.

Its very close to Kyoto station, and is walkable. The space in the room is compact, but that is expected in Japan. The staff were courteous, and our overall stay was smooth.

This was a great value for the location. It was extremely close to Avanti mall and only a 10 minute walk from Aeon mall. The train station is a 5-6 minute walk and the airport limousine drops you a 5-6 minute walk away as well. An excellent location that is just one bus ride to and from the airport. Lots of nice local restaurants around the area and a Lawson around the corner. The room wasn’t huge as it is a Japanese sized room but it worked for 2 adults and an 8 year old. The lobby had a huge lounge area where you could sit and eat with your party instead of eating in your room. There is a laundry station as well in the lobby. Nothing. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The price was also great compared to surrounding hotels.

It is close to the Kyoto train station. The cost is relatively higher but easy access compensates for the difference.

Very helpful staff, located with a minute walking distance to Kyoto train station and other public transportation. Small room how ever very comfortable and quiet.

Very well located nearby the kyoto station as well as multiple bus stops. We had a big room by Japanese standards and it felt really comfortable and cosy. Bathroom was great as well, very nice rain shower

Location and kind staff The property don’t provide breakfast. The elevator is near the smoking room and, most of times, smells cigarettes . In addition, the drink machine stay in the smoking room what was a discomfort for us and other guests .

The hotel, a newer building, was conveniently located close to the train station, many restaurants and shopping areas. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Proximity to train station and bus stops. Although still small the configuration of the beds has allowed two people to move around without bumping to each other Nothing

It was a nice, modern, and conveniently placed hotel right near the Kyoto station. The only nitpick I can name is that their vending machine is placed in the smoking area.

None to complain, everything good

The hotel is a just a 15 minute walk from the Kyoto train station. There are so many shops and restaurant near the hotel.

Kyoto station is a very handy transportation hub, however if not hopping on a train or bus, the immediate area is nothing special.

This was a great hotel a large area where you could buy your own food and eat it great for hanging around while you were waiting for your train. Staff extremey helpful and friendly. You could pay a little extra and have later checkout such a bonus and it didnt cost the earth. Also close to large shopping mall I would probably just say that if you are going to share a room with someone I wouldnt take the lead in twin room type it was a bit small
