Clean room, kind of felt like a regular cookie cutter Marriott room though Completely overcrowded. Basically non existent concierge. I have no idea how they are three key Michelin. Absolutely would not return. If you plan to never use the concierge and don’t mind breakfast feeling like a zoo probably would be okay stay, but for the price I would recommend staying somewhere else as I feel part of the reason you pay the price is to have concierge help and have a peaceful hotel environment this hotel is neither of those. By the way, this was in low season, I can’t imagine what this place would be like in high season. Nightmare..

I really liked this hotel, It was an amazing experience staying there we were very well taken care of The private onsen experience was exceptional and highly recommended The concierge went above and beyond to help us find a sushi restaurant that can accommodate our dietary restrictions and she made sure to book it for us and informed well the restaurant before we arrived Breakfast was amazing as well I didn’t try the Japanese breakfast but the western one was very good Nothing

The property was beautiful and the room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were all amazing, friendly and always had impeccable service from everyone we interacted with. We felt that the hotel could have offered more complementary items/breakfast for the price point. And while the onsen was beautiful, it was overrun with loud young children that altered the experience.
