Lovely place to stay in Kyoto. Well set-up with great amenities and a very comfy bed! Good location in a quiet spot, but still close to main roads/train station. -

Beds were super comfortable and room was spacious and comfortable. Convenient location. Pillows were terrible and all tv was in Japanese

I couldn't fault it, the only thing I didn't like was the substantial city tax we had to pay upon checking in which I always resent.

Very clean, spacious room (room 201) I stayed for 4 days yet they did not clean the room. And I was charged for 2 hours late checkout for checking out at 11:10.

Location Does not have cleaning service daily not even for families that stay for more than 3 days. No view. Despite that, very nice rooms, very clean and good quality.

This hotel is larger than most of the hotels we stayed for the price. It was a triple room (we only needed a double for me and my son, but this was available.) Spotless. Big bath with all the amenities you would need. Microwave and hot water kettle. Teabags and drip coffee bags were provided. We brought food for breakfast and used the microwave. Table for eating and western style chairs. We walked easily to many sightseeing spots. Truly it was perfect. The staff was there sometimes, but we didn't need information as my son is fluent in Japanese and able to figure things out.

Nice size room and really cozy bed. Property is somewhat isolated from most of the main attractions of Kyoto and not much nearby for dining or shopping. Also, we were there 3 nights and no room service, so garbages were overflowing. Not ideal.

Great boutique hotel in lovely quiet neighborhood filled with cute little restaurants and bakeries. Room(201) was comfortable and has a great shower/bathroom. Staff was helpful.
