LEE was the best, spoke very good English. He helped me sort out my car rental situation. Overall, this hotel is HIGHLY recommended. Clean, organized, and staff were outstanding!!

The quality of the Hotel, the staff and the attention to detail. The whole package was a delightful surprise. The rigid check-in time, although I understand the need for one and the limited entertainment choices, ie., tv channels.

We were three adults and our room was a spacious. gracious, and comfortable accommodation. It was incredibly quiet & welcoming regardless of the time of day. Nothing! Other than the thought it will be taken over by Hilton. Yuck.

We highly recommend this hotel. It is such a beautiful hotel and the staff is amazing! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The shower was amazing, very good water pressure.

We loved the breakfast buffet. It was a great blend of American and Japanese food. The traditional Japanese breakfast was so good too! The shuttle bus was a big plus.

Property was very well maintained and clean. The beds and room and were very comfortable as a family of 4. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up daily. All staff members were very friendly and kind. The breakfast spread is incredible and worth doing. Highly recommend!
