There is nothing that I can point out as negative. I think it is a bit pricier that a better hotel with breakfast in Osaka.

The sound proofing is not that good, random noises from everywhere. Better bring some earplugs if you have light sleep, other than that everything is fine.

Comfortable and clean They only clean once every three days. There’s no bathroom in the lobby. Getting into the hotel and your room you have to use a key code, which doesnt feel safe

It was conveniently located in regards to tourist attractions and easy to find. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

The staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no breakfast offered. No meals offered to purchase.

The help to call an ambulance when my son needed to go to the hospital. Will never forget the hospitality that the staff had towards me and my family! Very exceptional and very helpful Nothing cause everything was awesome!

Very good location and a room which was quite large compared with other rooms we have stayed in across Japan. Room could have been cleaner.

Good enough value for the Price. Great location as quite near a Subway station and a Bus station. Room fitting for Solo traveling. I could hear when people left and right from my room went into there room and out. The big window to the outside was not properly cleaned (on the outside) so it was better to leave the curtains down.

The privacy was very good. The hallways were extremely hot. Other than that, the property was good for what it was.

I will say it’s a pretty American complaint. But the washing/drying machine combo was not super great. My laundry was never dry. Had to take two days to dry in the room.
