Great design great location and great staff! Did not hesitate to facilitate many special requests! True hospitality is rare in Japan, especially regarding special requests, but Node hotel was spot on AMAZING!! It was all great!

The room size is good and bathroom is also spacious. The shampoos have a good decent. The bed blanket looker order compare to three years ago when we stayed last time. It’s better to change. No complimentary drinks any more made us less impressed.

By far the most spacious room on my Japan trip. Fairly good location, 10 mins walk to a couple transit lines. Buses nearby. The all grey decor was kind of sad in combination with my view of grey walls. The chairs were not nice to sit in - aesthetics privileged over comfort.

Room was really stylish and comfortable. The chef made the breakfast vegan and very tasty according to our wishes. Also coffee in room was good. The location of the hotel was excellent and peaceful. The only downside to the room was the non-existent storage space.

Very clean, staff are friendly, great shower, ideal location for sightseeing. Bar/resturant is nice and quality of food was excellent. Some of the staff struggled to speak English and did not get a colleague who could. This included asking for a vegetarian breakfast, it took a while for them to understand. The room was dark, but corridor was really dark the whole time. You do need to tell them the day before what time you want breakfast the next day, I wanted to have a lie in but was struggling with jet lag so it was hard to work out a time.

Everything The AC setting temperature is not working properly. Although you set a temperature is running continuously, increasing the temperature above the one selected.

We were a family and had 2 rooms (with older teenagers) and the Node was exceptional. Everyone was so helpful and the rooms were suburb. We stayed for 8 nights over Christmas and new years and the location was quiet (great for sleeping!) but close enough to everything. Family Mart across the street so handy and buses / trains nearby. Lots of lovely restaurants to discover within walking distance. We were so very lucky with a room upgrade which gave us a huge amount of space! We really loved our time at Node and will definitely be back. Thank you Node Team!
