One of the outlets next to the bed wasn't working.

Great location, close to the bus and train. Value for money option. The rooms are alittle small however that is expected in Japan. It's worth noting that the windows are frosted so you can't see out of the room. Would have preferred if the hotel slippers were new rather than sanitised existing slippers.

I like everything

The location is ideal. You can easily commute to major attractions, and there are plenty of good food options nearby. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The cleaning service was not great. We had to request a change of glasses despite asking for room cleaning. However, the staff was friendly and responsive — they rectified the issue and replaced the glasses the next day.

It has a very very comfortable rooms. Super clean and fancy there is one thing that I didn’t like about my stay it was the breakfast, they just have one opción and personally a i didn’t like what at all. That besides that everything thing was perfect… Breakfast

After a mediocre place, this place was like heaven. The decoration style reminded me of the film 'Lost in Translation'. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and pleasant. The shower was great. There were lots of amenities, I felt way more pampered here and wished I had stayed here longer. It was a wonderfully relaxing room. I would stay here again. I cannot think of anything.

The room was dirty and what a bad breakfast (if we can call that a breakfast)

Nothing I will be coming back absolutely

Lovely hotel with friendly staff.

The location, ok breakfast and able to do laundry. We were incredibly disappointed with the room. Overall the hotel is run done and tired. Dirty hallways and smell. In the room there is a gross plastic flooring for the hallway & bathroom. The rug in the actual room was dirty and nobody ever came to clean our room the 4 days we were there. We were told someone would clean it on day 3. Never happened.

Shower room smells bad

The king room was spacious, with plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably which is not usual in Japan. Some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated, and certain amenities could use an update but overall a great experience!

Beautiful hotel and great location. Everything was amazing.

had some issues with the laundry machine but was ultimately fixed
-
There was very bad noise isolation so we heard every little sound from the street out side which made it very hard to sleep (we were on the 5th floor). Also, there are only 2 laundry machines for all the guests to use (there was a line) and if someone doesn’t come pick up their laundry then you sometimes have to wait hours, since they lock…

Was quite a good deal when I stayed there. There was also matcha ceremony you can play with. The room was almost like uncleaned, we found some clothes left by the previous residents.

Location was central & staff and the room were both wonderful. The bus stop to main attractions is right outside the hotel. A couple stops and you’re anywhere you want to be for cheap. I didn’t get the breakfast here so I can’t speak on that. But the room was great. Beds comfortable and stylish. Mixed modern and more Japanese traditional feel in one. No down side
