Location and relaxed vibe Not the property, but had two rooms and ended up being on same floor for opposite sides.

Beautifully designed hotel from the entry to the lobby to the rooms. Hotel provided lovely pyjamas/ lounge wear, great toiletries I had no major complaints.

This was my favourite hotel of our entire trip to Japan. The hotel was classy, luxurious and close to everything. The breakfast buffet was great and the laundry in hotel, onsen and other amenities were fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. nothing

The facilities, especially the B1F level is a very nice touch. We loved getting drinks, desserts. The nuts snack was particularly great being so fresh. Breakfast selection could be better. Kudos to having lychees and the matcha pudding. Those are really good addition and highlight Japan. I wished there were more Japanese options like rice with salted mackerel and more continental options as well.

The room, amenities, location!

The breakfast was delicious and so was the dinner. The hotel was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Although the train was nearby the location was a little far from shops and restaurants.

Staff very accommodating.

Loved the vibe and ambience! The free drink was amazing and the onsen was divine! Nothing! I loved everything!

The room and all the space. The facilities. The staff. The location. The water in the bathroom didn’t get super hot.
-
Great location and staff. Facilities were also very nice. Room was a little smaller than expected but not bad at all. Definitely not a deal breaker!

Clean, well maintained, service was amazing. Awesome amenities, loved the onsen. We had to get two rooms because they didn’t have any 4 bed rooms available but they put us right next to each other which was great. Very much disliked the motion sensor elevator buttons. Our corner room was facing the city and street and had two windows, nice view but right across from the fire department and so the noise level was terrible. My room didn’t have like a double pane to block out the noise like the other room had. Was woken up every morning 6:30am with sirens.

The Blossom was comfortable, convenient, and accommodating. Extra credit goes to the concierge staff who were kind enough to help me plan and book a shinkansen trip that required three trains and multiple rail organizations. I truly could not have done it alone. The free ice cream in the guest lounge was a special treat! Nothing

The restaurant and breakfast were excellent! Restaurant got booked for lunch or dinner

Convenient location. Not worth the price.

Very stylish and upscale property in the heart of Kyoto. Loved the cleanliness and stylish touches throughout. Loved the fact that there's a public Onsen (we didn't get to enjoy it unfortunately. Didn't get the time). Staff are very attentive and accommodating. Absolutely loved the in-house restaurant. They accommodated a large group of us and handled our dietary needs without issue. Food was tasty and top notch. I loved the incense aroma throughout the property grounds. The biggest complaint i have is with their breakfast. Lattes/Capuccinos are extra cost and are not included in the price of the buffet. This was not mentioned to me prior to starting breakfast and I was a lil annoyed at having to pay ~$6 per capuccino. I wish there was a water dispenser where we could have filled our bottles

Location and onsen Windows opened to indoor parking lot

The rooms were spacious (as compared to when we were in Tokyo)…you could actually put your luggage out/open and not trip on things…so, there’s that! Everything was clean and immaculate. Always friendly staff that greeted you. It’s only 1 metro ride from the main Kyoto station, so that made it really easy for traveling, but reality was, we were 20m walk from most things, so great centralized location.

One of our favorite stays in all of Japan! This hotel is convenient, comfortable and had everything we needed and more.
