Location, loved the snacks in the room they left for us and all the little goodies. Also loved having the tea everyday. The cocktail drink, no orange twist to my cosmopolitan.

We really liked this hotel. It is a modern hotel with a very nice design overall. The room was big and the bathroom was amazing! We appreciated all of the amenities. The staff was friendly and very helpful and attentive! Location was great too! We would recommend this hotel! Breakfast could be improved. While we appreciated the fact that there’s very little food waste with an “a la carte” kind of breakfast, we felt it didn’t give us much of a choice and it felt a bit rushed. Sorry we like a buffet breakfast better. Gives us more options and a more relaxed pace.

Breakfast was very tasty. Scrambled eggs were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Coffee was good and I liked the bead choices. Staff was very accomodating and attended to my need. I looked forward to my daily breakfast. i was very pleased with my experience at the hotel and didn't find anything to object to.

We were impressed with this hotel. It is a modern hotel with a pleasing design overall. Our room was a good size, very well appointed and very attractively designed and furnished. It also enjoyed a nice view. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The (non-buffet) breakfast could be improved. Although we found that some of the menu items were tasty, others were not. We were also disappointed in our one evening dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Staff is great. Rooms are beautiful, and the location is top notch. I loved Kyoto, and plan to return, and will absolutely stay here again! The rooms seemed to get a little hot at night, but maybe we just were not working the a/c correctly.

The location is great, we were able to walk to the main "downtown" area and to the main tourist spots. For the tourist spots that were further away, we used the train/bus, which was very convenient. We really like the staff, everyone was super nice to us. The breakfast is a la carte, and it was pretty tasty, great croissants! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was great!

Hotel was close to public transport, restaurants & cafes. We could walk to Gion, Nishiki market etc. Bus stop was in front of the hotel directly to Kyoto Station. Room though small was very comfortable. We loved the sweets!

High quality facilities hotel, we really love the room and towels and everything. Our room located near the main road and it is a it noisy at night. You can not look out from the windows! There was not clear explanation on the web when I booked it. I’d I knew it and I will not pick this from type and I will prefer room with views!

The staff was fantastic. Super helpful with everything. In particular, Daisuke was amazing: so positive and energetic, we looked forward to seeing him everyday and asking for his help.
