Location was the most valuable aspect of the property. My previous hotel in Tokyo was top-notch is it was hard to come to this basic property. It felt cold and under-whelming. No photos to share because nothing was picture worthy.

Location is super great, few minutes walk you get to basically every thing in Kyoto. Staff are great nice and free coffee, microwave are provided in the basement level If you chose the Japanese style bed ( on the tatami ） they are not very comfortable, because there are not too much bedding, but I do respect the culture and style. Room is bit of small for 3 ppl

The staff was very nice. The hotel is extremely well maintained, everything looked new (maybe it is?) and clean. The bathroom was great and spacious. The location is great both for going to the shopping streets as well as for going over a bridge to Kiyomizu-dera. The futon beds really are not everyone's cup of tea. That is not the hotel's fault of course, but I would advise guests that have some preexisting pain in the back to go for western style beds.

The location was great.Big Family mart also nearby. Free coffee,tea,water available. Room was modern with top facilities as usual.Net worked great. The whole tatami experience it's really not for me as the bed was too thin.Luckily i had 2 beds so i used the second one to make one bed and then i slept good

Very close to Tokyo Tower and a walkable neighborhood. Convenience store attached to hotel. Hotel also provided all the toiletries I needed it for free. They even thoughtfully provided hand warmers.
