The location of the hotel is really good, the subway and bus stations are really close. Also, close to a lot of good quality restaurants and stores and waking distance to Nishiki Market. The room was spacious enough and the bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. Really good AC in the room. There is an ice machine down the hallway and some vending machines. I was really impressed by the fact that the guests can get face masks and sunscreen lotions from the lobby, really nice touch. Would definitively stay again, if ever in Kyoto. Nothing I can think of.

The hotel is conveniently located near a transit hub, points of interest, restaurants, convenience stores. It’s within a Walking distance to the major sights and shopping areas as well. Skin care station and pajamas available at the lobby. None

Lack of number of washer and dryer machines, no coin change machine to use on the washer/dryer machines.

Breakfast was very good with many options. Staff were professional and pleasant. Nothing.

Located near two subway stations. Walking distance to Nishiki market and Kawaramachi. Breakfast is simple and the source of my daily fibre (veggies) intake. We have to get the amenities (sunblock, mask etc) daily from the lobby, which is fine but most (at least those that we need) are empty when we try to get them in the evening. So we have to ask the staff to replenish.

The hotel is near bus station, subway and local food convenient store (a big one) so you can buy many things. It also very convienent with the bus stop which goes straight line to main street. The checkin area is small and might be very crowded and takes much time to check in.

Excellent location, close to the subway, walking distance to Gion. Very clean and good sized bathroom. The check in process was terrible, the person seemed more interested in serving the next person before giving me my checkin instructions, leaving me standing there wondering what was going on. There was no natural light into the room, wallpaper was peeling and had obviously painted over mould/water damage. There are many hotels in the same price point in the area, I'd give this one a miss.

NEar subway station SHijo exit 4 . NEar 7-11 convenience store THe bidet was dirty , with brown spots from where the water is coming, we ask the cleaning staff to clean it but it persisted.

Great location. Amazing staff, from those working at the front desk to those working in the restaurant - all employees made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful. The breakfast was tasty. I enjoyed the rotating menu and the food items that were the same each day. The free toiletries are a nice touch. There is nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

The location is excellent. It's within a 5-minute walk to the subway station. It's also within a 5-minute walk to attractions by taking the red and blue transit lines. There's a convenient bicycle rental shop nearby. The hotel breakfast exceeded my expectations; it was delicious. The dining staff were also friendly. NOTHING
