I really love the accommodation. The room was big enough for two people and staff were so friendly! Especially when he location was very close to big market where you can find all kind of restaurants and shops. I really love to visit again.

Great location and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful in all things. I couldn’t recommend this place more especially if it’s your first time out The room I booked is a little small, but that is on me. Still accommodated our needs.

The hair dryer

Location was great, rooms are out dated but room size was sufficient Laundry facility, only 1 washer/dryer combo and not 24 hours

Hotel was close to Nishiki market and many restaurants. Walking distance to subway was about 6-15 minutes depending on which entrance you needed. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We did need to leave our key at reception anytime we went out but there was someone on call 24 hours so we could come and go as needed. Room was spacious and clean. Check out the restaurant that’s right beside the hotel - you won’t be disappointed!

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the central location, it was also clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. It is a 10min walk from the metro which is convenient, it is also close to a few laundromats which was great. The thermostat worked well and we could control the room temperature easily. Nothing in particular.

The location and the staff was the best part of this stay, I will be booking them again for our next trip over. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The staff were easy to communicate with and when my husband threw in some Japanese they were ecstatic, making the experience all the more enjoyable!

Great location. Management polite, helpful and available. Affordable and spacious rooms. Very clean. Felt very safe - I was travelling alone. The mattress could have been more comfortable.

Rooms are a decent size, with two twin beds which are very comfortable and soft. Great location - there's a 7/11 right nearby and there are multiple long streets full of shops and restaurants to explore. The walls are a bit thin, so we heard some of the street sounds, but we were so tired we could just tune it out when we went to sleep. Just be careful if you're a light sleeper!

Luggage storage isn't guaranteed 24/7 so definitely check with them first!

Great position, nice room Not many place where to hang your staff, you have to bring and collect the key at the reception each time, a bit pricey

Very well situated: near all shopping facilities, bus stops to main sites of interest are within 5 minutes walk, One can walk to Gion and many other sites. Good coffee available at the reception and good restaurant belonging to the same group on the ground floor.

We arrived at the property at 2:40 pm and our daughter was very tired after the long journey we asked to check in and the answer was at 3 pm (in 20 mins ) they had the room ready but those 20 mins was crucial for them! Please next time pay attention to people and if the room is ready just let them check in! Quite robotic system and no emotion
