lovely small hotel with free water and coffee machine. a bit outside city center but easily accessible by bus and metro

Everything was fine.

It has great style The reception is somewhat haphazard. No glasses or any type of drinking vessel in my room.

The room was very clean, big enough with an extra bed. The ladies cleaned the room everyday. Very pleasant. It was a bit far from the center but the bus stop was very near. It was a bit pricey considering this, probably because of the season. The reception is only open between 10.00-8.00 so need to consider this for your check ins with luggage.

The front desk staff was very helpful, professional, and kind. I enjoyed the ambiance and architecture of the hotel. It is close to and walking distance to transportation, eateries, and stores. Completely provided convenience for everything I needed for a one night stay to transition to another country. The rudeness from housekeeping.

The modern interior was amazing and location was close to airport but also had restaurants nearby. Easy check in-out. They let you leave your luggage for free :) You have to manually unlock and lock your hotel room door which was a little annoying.

This was fine for our one night stay. Clean and quiet facility. Hot water for tea in the sitting area.

The location was clean and quiet. The upsetting thing was that I asked the location how to reach their place and the answer was wrong. I took the bus as I was told but the name of the station was wrong and we had to take a taxi. It will be nice if the person who answers the questions is a bit more pro active and knowledgeable to answer the question.

The room was spacious. There are complimentary coffee, tea and water in the reception lounge. The hotel walls are very thin. We could hear noise from the hallway and people walking around in the room above ours as well as their toilet flushing. The bedding flimsy, sparse and not very comfortable. And worst of all - the shower did not drain well and flooded our hotel room. I messaged the property and emailed them several times, but received no response. We had to mop up the water with our towels. There is no one at the reception desk until 10:30am so we didn’t have any assistance. Lastly, in my booking confirmation it stated that check out was at 12pm multiple times. The housekeeping kept telling me check out is at 11am and would not honor the 12pm check out. I was told that 12pm check out was during the winter only which was NOT stated in my booking confirmation. We only stayed one night so it was fine, but I would not come back or stay longer than that.

Room #7: Room looks like a hostel room.bathroom sink right in the room, shower opens to thee room water leaks in room floor when taking a shower. Front desk monitored from 10 amm to 8 pm. .price little high for such a room

Style of rooms Awful staff. Non local people, friends or relatives between them, not at all professional. Not a hotel experience. It says garden view on the description but it's just the street.

No working TV it was hard to have nothing to do in the room. Staff worked hard to try and fix it

It was clean. Cleaning ladies were very kind. During the 3 days of our stay they had construction workers out of our room working on another room of the hotel using drills and banging with hammers from 08.00 until 18.00. We did not get informed about it at all and the didn’t even said sorry about the noise. Although the had all over the hotel signs to BE QUIET AND KEEP THE VOICE AND NOISE DOWN.

Very clean & nice hotel room. Free use of netflix in our room. Close to public transport stops. Near city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice & comfy common areas. In order to use bathroom you need to light up the whole room so you cannot take a shower while someone is sleeping cos you will wake him/her up.
