We were not made aware of the valet charge upfront so it came as a bit of a shock after our 7 day stay.

Beautiful design of the premises with friendly and kind staff. The pool area, and the place around the pool was extremely tight with a very claustrophobic feeling. I find the plastic grass all around the pool area very much downgraded the felling of 5 stars hotel. As the hotel is a 5 stars hotel with such elevated design, the pool area was not very well resolved, I find.

From the moment we walked to our checkout we were totally pleased with our stay. The hotel is fabulous, the staff is attentive and the bed is extremely comfortable
