Great breakfast, the roof top pool was used by us daily, very clean area with umbrellas and sunlougers. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding villages and towns and is just 2 minutes walk to the centre of L’isle sur la Sorgue. Excellent gated free car parking. Nothing, we will be returning again

Good location and friendly staff The rooms are quite dated and the a/c is not strong enough for the summer heat. No fridge in the room.

Staff were exceptional! We liked the swimming pool. It was very hot and sunny and appreciated staff setting out umbrellas. there was nothing we did not like.

It’s well located. Close to the centre town . Lots of shops around including the post office . Despite the room was comfortable , the aircon helped. The bed I found was hard firm making my sleep uncomfortable. Maybe some people like a firm bed.

Been staying here for about 20 years on buying trips to L'isle sur la sorgue. I come about 5/6 times a year and the location is good The new policy, which i wasn't aware of means I can no longer park in the carpark. Apparently they can no longer accommodate my van so have put a height restriction in. When queried I was told there was no room. This was not true and given the carpark layout I can take just one space. The hotel is entitled to make decisions regarding its own business but being advised before would have been courteous. Unfortunately courtesy was not something I was afforded. I will find an alternative moving forward to one of the more friendly establishments in the area. Remember this in the winter months when you may need the business more. On a smaller note the clip on toilet seats really are a joke in a hotel of this type.

Aside from the central location the breakfast is ok, but the hotel feels tired, & charmless. There’s no lounge & immediately after breakfast the ground floor restaurant where guests could sit during the day at a table is gated closed. My room was cold in March. The corridor to my room had a sewage smell. While the breakfast room has lots of tables, I chose a nice table but was told to move to sit in a huddle with other guests as they didn’t want to have to clean one side of the room afterwards. With the tired decor the lack of any sense of charm, or allowing guests to feel at ease and comfortable makes the hotel feel worse than is necessary. My complaint at breakfast was met with defiance. I wish I had stayed somewhere else.
