I requested a non smoking room and still smelled like cigar. Also its very inconvenient not having a microwave inside the room, specially when we need to heat medication during midnight hours. Bath tube and bathroom very dusty!

Me encanta la localización del lugar

Basic motel, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Good value do the affordable cost.

Nice staff and good coffee

The website indicated the hotel offered a continental breakfast, but upon check in there is a sign only offering coffee/tea. I understand you get what you pay for, but you have to honor what you advertise.

The desk manager was polite and helpful.

The room smelled really bad, the carpet floor felt wet like if it was just washed and left a moldy smell, it was really noisy.

I called the property because we would be arriving a little late. This was when I learned that I accidentally booked a 'smoking' room! I didn't know there was still such a thing! Asked to change to a non-smoking rm & told it wasn't possible as they were full. However, upon arrival they said they were able to work it out & put us in a non-smoking rm. I am very appreciative of this & is reflected by my 5 stars for the staff. The pics of the room are very deceptive. The beds are made up with cute little deco pillows & footend sheets like you would see in more luxurious hotels. The pics also show individual lights at the corners of ea headboard & a table top lamp on the one, shared small nightstand in addition to the overhead lighting, as well as a hair dryer, a coffee maker & an ironing board. None of the of that existed. The overhead lighting, operated by the switch by the door, was the only lighting for the room. And, the only outlet on that side of the room is also operated by that same switch. Super inconvenient for charging phones, etc. And, the room phone buttons were so broken up it was unusable. Overall, everything was old & in disrepair. The hinges of cabinetry all broken. Drawers didn't open/shut right. Dresser top, desk top & vanity top all nicked, marred & in need of replacement. Tub had a lg chip in it. Carpets nasty, food left on the floor. A/C broken, on or off, no adjusting & no heat. Water gets hot/pressure ok.

The non-smoking rooms were smelly of smoke, mold, and mildew. Walls and ceilings were stained and dingy. Lack of electrical outlets. Left lights on overnight to avoid cockroaches being seen. Garbage built up outside the room. Two of us developed headaches overnight. We left without staying the second night. The only relatively good thing was sitting by the pool. Even that was spoiled as the pool faced the freeway and off ramp.

Roaches , fridge did not work smelled moldy

Dirty and rude

The surroundings of the property were also dirty, outdated, and poorly kept, creating an unpleasant atmosphere from the moment we arrived. For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic place to stay.

Place is ok, if you just need a bed. Nothing fancy.

The website picture were close enough to be considered accurate. But that's where the similarities ended. The room was "clean" but dirty, dingy, poorly lit, mismatched lighting, questionable cleanliness in the bathroom area, and the cabinets in the main room were sticky. To top it off, the mattress had what I'm guessing was a rubber sheet under the bedding "for easy cleaning" as it squeaked when I sat on it and made noise throughout the night. I ended up shortening my stay to avoid cancelation fees, but as soon as I could, I was out of there. The other clientele was scary and seemed like they were actually living there. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

Its not fancy, we just needed a place to sleep and it served its purpose.

The property was so bad that we didn’t even stay there. We decided to just leave right after checking in. The rugs, chairs and sheets were all torn. The sink and surrounding area had weird colors and odors. The property felt unsafe.
