room was awful - everything is run down, broken, patched and spackled. stains on sheets, towels, in tub.

I liked that even though I was early to check in they gave me an available room. Also got second key card for other person with me. WiFi + The room that was just "cleaned" was still unswept.

They cancel my reservation when I had travel from far away .After later they repost the same room triple the price.

Rooms are filthy. Bathroom not cleaned at all. Reception claim that credit card reader does not work accept cash only. Property is very poorly managed, filthy, dirty, smelly. Do not book!

$350 cash only the sheet of the bed have hair stain blood it was disgusting no pool no laundry facility as soon as we arrive we have to go to the bank and get the cash then look for the laundry facility across the street when we get to the room, try to pull the blankets all kind of stuff was inside the bed like I said it was disgusting

Breakfast was not mentioned to me! I had no idea that breakfast was provided ❗ The employee who registered me, Sam, was very nice and a gentleman! The bathtub was in disarray. The floor of the bathtub itself was either really old or unsanitary. The bathroom tile looked like it needed a cleaning ?181.00 for ONE night.. was a bit pricey!.. especially considering the location and no amenities.

I found a baggy of drugs in a clean rooms which mean that the room wasn’t clean and dirty. I tried to request my money back after only being there for a few hours because I went to see my daughter who is Rady’s Children’s Hospital who is a heart transplant patient and immune system is compromised! I only received back my $30 deposit and nothing for helping clean the 2nd room that was dirty as well. I hope no one else ever stays here again. Not to mention I am a housekeeper! Everything

Sorry for giving bad reviews. I booked through Expedia for the whole trip. When I check in, their computer down. They ask me if I want to stay, pay it with Master Card. She said not go through. She ask to pay cash. I did pay cash and stayed for a night. Next I checked my Master Card. Transaction went through. I ask for money back even shows her my email. She pretended don’t know English. Back to Canada, call them, no phones service no website. Please be careful with this motel. Thanks

In the pictures the room was adorable. But when we got here the clerk asked us for $10 cash. We asked him for what and he wouldnt tell us, and still charged me the full amount plus extra for one night. Then once we got the room it was depressing and sadly we hadto deal with roaches in the room as well!!! The walls were dirty, and curtains were ripped and had tape. The fridge wasnt working and you had to tape the microwave closed to keep the door shut. The black tape was even provided! So we paid over $80 for a depressing room.

The service was terrible the attitude by the owner himself I was charged a $10 deposit for the room key and it was not return to me. This from what I could tell you that it was nothing more than a one-night stand Hotel or party Hotel. It was dirty stains running down the wall sheets that look like they had not been washed or head scene bleach when washed in at least 20 years and enough dirt under the beds to plant potatoes. The refrigerator was rested and the microwave made more noise than you can think of I would not recommend this place for anything and extremely disappointed that it is on hotels.com.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this place. There were cigarette ashes on the bed. The room smell bad. The bathroom and tub were disgusting.

My room had roaches i killed both of them,when i first arrived in my room the first night was fine only i had top call for the remote to be brought to me the second night was when i saw the roaches come out of nowhere.
