Location and was clean Breakfast was nice Room was dated and ac took a long time to cool off

The staff was pretty nice and the location was good I just felt like the room was kind of dingy and like they're not really upgrading it very often.

Staff was outstanding, very kind, helpful clearly took pride and has wonderful management knowing the area. I was a little apprehensive, but after seeing the grounds and how well maintained and clean everything was, I was pleasantly surprised.

Location good, price OK The pillows were uncomfortable. In the past, we have found that their second floor rooms are more spacious, but none was available this time. Breakfast was pretty basic.

The property could improve the cleanliness of the carpets and linens, as well as the air quality.

Stayed two nights to bring my son to SD State. The hotel and grounds are immaculate and the staff was very nice and helpful. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Good location, good food options near the hotel, quiet hotel, staff was helpful when needed. The room smelled like wet dog, dirty carpet gives this bad smell, very dated rooms felt like back in the 80’s.
