The owner of the hotel was amazing. He showed us where to go to the beach, took care of our bags while we were gone, and was overall an amazing host. I cannot recommend this place enough! Nothing

I booked a room with a shared bathroom but was pleasantly surprised to find a sink within the room which made a huge difference. The shared bathroom was super modern and very clean. The room itself was a bit small, but there was an individual bed, a small closet, and a desk. Each room has an AC unit that works very well. At check in, the owner spent a lot of time answering my questions and giving advice regarding what to do and not to do in the area. He was also very responsive via message. The location is great, walkable from the train station, and right in the middle of the center. Tons of restaurants, shops, and even supermarkets within walking distance. The bus from Porto Venere passes right by as well. There are no common spaces and a kitchen isn't available - just a microwave. No refrigerator either. If you're seeking an opportunity to socialize, this isn't the place. For me it was just a place to sleep so it was fine.

It was directly middle of La Spezia so that was great and the hosts were also amazing and so kind! Nothing!

Is on an excellent location, close to restaurants, stores, bus stations, train stations. Very clean but, Needs some make over.

Highly recommend. Lovely shower room & comfortable bed. Great location for centre of La Spezia. More than this though, was how friendly, fun & Antonio was. Wish we'd stayed here all our time in La Spezia. No negatives

1. Good location. It is really convenient and to go from station to hotel. 2. Very nice administer. Antonio has been so cute. He explained everything to us and gave useful information about interesting places. 3. There are clean and comfortable rooms. 4. Unfortunately, there was not any teapots and we couldn’t make a cup of tea.

The host was great. Offered lots of information and trips to do plus parking options. The accommodation is centrally situated and it's short walks to the main attractions. Nothing... all very good.

Easy to find and a good spot to base yourself if you want to explore the towns of Cinque Terra the following day. We got an early train out and a late one back , worked well Nil

Location was excellent. In the middle of town. Staff were very helpful and genial. Parking is REALLY an issue in La Spezia. If you can, avoid taking a car into the city.
