It was very clean and tidy!

The room was too hot. No air conditioning. They would not turn it on in the rooms.

Nice view from the rooftop .

Great staff, clean and welcoming. We booked a superior Queen room. There not much superior about it. The bed was more like a single/full size (they called it French Queen) and one side was up against the wall (so you can’t access the bed from both sides). The balcony was shared and opened to anyone coming out the elevator. The noise insulation is next to none. We could literally hear other guests snoring in the night. You could hear everything.

Breakfast was EXCELENT and exceeded our expectations. From well made scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries to unlimited espresso, capuchino and fresh juices and fruit. Modern amenities. Rooms very clean and beautiful panoramic ocean views. Especially from roof top. A bit far to walk from the train station but minutes by cab.

Staff, facilities, breakfast Not walkable

The breakfast was not good besides the amazing chocolate croissant.
-
Clean with a good breakfast and within walking distance to water front.

Modern building, varied breakfast. Coffee machine was poor

Very clean. Dinner with good value for money. (Not to many choices for food or wine, but good after a full day). Parking in front of the Hotel, white lines.

Room was amazing. We got the room on the 1st floor (14) which had the private patio. The size of the patio was huge, the views of the seas were really good. All of the furniture was so nice. The breakfast was delicious with hot eggs, sausage, juices, cappuccino / expresso, cereal, etc. Short walk to the main street where there was a grocery store. Overall, very great stay.

Good

Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent shower and bathroom. Breakfast was good but you have to make aure you go down at 7am otherwise you risk missing out of certain items as they did not get replenished. The location from station and it was a little isolated for walking back to at night. I was aware of these things when I booked but the value for money made these acceptable compromises.

Modern and spacious rooms, most facilities required included, cleanliness and freshness. Heating only in the bathroom sink room (which, in this case, was a separate compartment from the shower and lavatory).

The staff is a key at this place, very helpfull. They helped me to book a table at one really great restaurant in La Spezia, Osteria de Barteli, which was full by locals. Always open to spend time to answer all questions. The breakfast is also great, even include fried eggs. The bar is also great. The serve a drink with some snacks.
