Súper cómodo para llegar. El parking súper útil y a pocos metros del alojamiento, sin embargo es un parking abierto. Muy fácil el ingreso a la habitación. Y la atención fue súper. Muy cerca de transportes clave, como el bus a porto venere y la estación de cruceros. La cama estaba bien, pero era extremadamente blanda (al punto de llegar a ser un poco incómoda). El AC se apagaba solo cada X tiempo, sin posibilidad de configurarlo. La habitación estaba ordenada y a simple vista limpia, pero bajo la cama estaba bastante sucia.

The location is perfect, as it is close to everything (15 mins walk to city centre) The check-in was very poor. We did not receive any information on where we could park our car, since we reserved a parking spot. And we did not receive any incormation regarding the keys, even though we filled out a check-in form one day prior to arrival. We were not able to reach any staff member for 20 minutes after our arrival. The mattrasses are very soft.

The room was nice and clean, small but had everything you need. The check in process was really easy to follow and the host organised parking for us which was incredibly helpful! The parking was literally down the road and was a reasonable price. The host was very responsive and gave restaurant recommendations. If you plan on travelling in to the Cinque Terre towns by train then be prepared to do some walking. It is a 25 minute walk to the station each way, in hind sight a slightly closer location would have been good. However, if you don’t mind walking then this is not a dealbreaker!

We had a very nice time. The place is super clean and tidy. Seems Fredrik takes everything into consideration and is always accesible for us. Walls are thin so you can hear loud noises.

We were very pleased with this room close to the center. We rented it for 3 nights and everything was great (there is Netflix on the TV).

The property was easy to get to with our hire car. Check in instructions were clear to understand. Parking is very close to the property, easy to navigate. Fredrick was available instantly when we needed help or direction. For our stay, the boom gates to the carpark weren’t working. This however was out of Fredrick’s hands, and he responded immediately when we needed help and was able to recommend in lots of detail other options for us to use.

Everything was fine. the owner was helpful and had a great stay.

The room was very clean and organized with space for storage. The bathroom was also very clean. They put coffee capsules every day which was nice to start the day. Location was a bit far from the train station but it had a good supermarket nearby. The AC was controlled remotely and the temperature changed at random times, and turned off in the middle of the night, so I woke up every night feeling the hot temperature and turning it on again. There was a mini fridge that was shared with everyone, but it was very small, with that size it was better to have one in each room, in my opinion or maybe a bigger one to share.

Friendly and helpful stuff, very good location, comfortable. Little small Shower and cleaning wasn’t the best. But can’t complain. Cleaning room was not perfect, they made a bed every day and gave us fresh small towels every day but we did not see a floor to be cleaned.

Well equipped and cleanliness. Our little second home. Nothing, we found it very convenient for our trips to Cinque Terre.

V Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable. Reasonable rate. No face to face check in but helpful staff who was incredibly responsive when I contacted via WhatsApp and emails. Short walk approx 10mins into town. We had selected it for its use of own car park but after booking I was contacted to say car park was not available and was full. However there is another car park less than 5mins walk away on some street - underground and was safe, which we parked all day and overnight in and was €15 a day so very reasonable.

The host was welcoming and helpful. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is exceptionally small, especially the shower - not even room to turn around. Parking in the area could be a bit challenging - but that is to be expected in an inner city location. It was very noisy with the hospital up the street - sirens constantly all night long.

Center location in La Spezia, close to the marina, across the facility there is a bar-patisserie with the best ever custard filled and strawberry croissant, to die for!!! Room and bedding was very clean as well as the bathroom! Nothing to complain about!

We were there earlier than the check-in time and we could already use the parking spot (luckily the person before us left on time). The host was very friendly and provided clear instructions. Other guests arriving in the middle of the night and being very loud. But that is just people being rude, nothing to do with this apartment.

Close to downtown, private parking 50 m away, coffee machine, room was nice (all new). Noise from the street, there is a kitchen, but no kitchen equipment at all, very small bathroom with super tiny shower :-)
