Las instalaciones y la habitación muy bonita. Es bastante lejos caminando de la estación de tren, 25 minutos caminando aproximadamente.

Not far from the waterfront, bus stops relatively close and the room was large, clean and the AC worked. No elevator, reception only open certain hours and extra charge for checking out late by 2 hours or for storing your bags.

A bit old but very clean Hotel. Good low budget option in the center of la spezia. The housekeeper was very friendly and took her job quite serious. We only stayed two nights, but already after the first night all our towels got replaced and the bathroom got a proper wipe down. The walls are quite thin. Could get quite noisy depending on your neighbours. You have to make sure to arrive within the announced check-in times. Apparently there is not much support if you are late. Didn't have any issues.

Rude staff, never happened to me before, it left a very bad feeling

Good location. Spacious rooms.

Disappointing Stay with no service The hotel's location was inconvenient—parking nearby was expensive, and it was a 30-minute walk from the central train station. no staff were present to assist, and the persons at the desk we saw the second day was rude, didn't not even reply an hello after we said hi . Despite checking in early and uploading our passports two days in advance via their provided link, we were asked to resubmit them again before arrival. We also messaged multiple times about our potential late arrival (after 8 PM), but received no clear instructions. Worst of all, since no one was at the desk when we arrived, we knew to pay additional fee after 8pm checking fee. But we were forced to pay an additional fee just to get our room key—even though we had already paid the full amount for our two-night stay a week earlier, and we could pay the late fee next day or when we check out or after check in.

Nice location in the center of La Spezia, good place to explore the Cinque Terre from. All standard facilities were available and we had a comfortable stay.

Compared to the price, the location and the quality of the room are so good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean Room 101 has 4 aircon units mounted on the small balcony outside the room. they run and vibrate constantly and three complaints to Management did not even get a reply. Either avoid this property, or at least room 101. One simply can't sleep there. They are not at all concerned about their paying clients. also had to ask receptionist toilet paper ?? really !
