Really clean, comfortable bed and very friendly staff The shower is extremely small buy you can handle it

Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Sent me timely info on how to enter the hotel after hours and went out of their way to help ensure I was the most comfortable possible. Excellent value. I also love the location, requiring only about a 10 min. walk to reach the train station and about 15 min. to reach the pier/molo at the beautiful harbor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom was so tiny and the shower was so small you could barely lift your arms to wash your hair. Bathroom window didn’t lock… There was a man smoking in the hallways that seemed to be an owner or manage, it made the room smell.

Good location inside the city. Comfortable rooms with all amenities. Highly recommended.

It was very clean and comfortable, 10min walking to the train station,near to bars and restaurants, the girl in the reception was very kind and helpful

The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great! The drain on the sink wouldn't drain. There was always water in the sink, which can make it difficult to use.

Dusty, dirty and old furniture. Pics are definitely not representative.

The location was perfect for my needs. The bed was really confortable Staff was really kind and helpful The room was noisy (from outdoor noise but mostly from the rest of the hotel) The room was not really clean The shower room was small and not confortable at all

Location is great It was not well kept and felt unclean. There was no wifi in our room for the entire trip and no one did anything to fix or accommodate this. The add on booking says it has parking. It doesn’t. It has two spots for the whole building. Needless to say we were unimpressed.

Very good

Location between center, road to Portovenere and railway station. After a few hours, it was very easy to access. The staff is very very friendly. The single room is a bit too little. The stairs seems a bit unsafe because rug kept moving while climbing up.

Pleasant

This is a very tired property and although it was marketed as having parking available to reserve or nearby, neither was true and we had to park a 15 minute walk away. The twin room had such narrow beds that one of us turned over and fell out during the night, and the bathroom was so tiny it was unpleasant. The doors and walls are thin. Staff seemed bored and disinterested in customer service. Would not recommend and would not stay there again.
