A beautiful property, so close to the town centre and the port. Everything was provided in the kitchen/bathroom. Exceptionally clean and the hostess went above and beyond. Off street parking right by the front door was a bonus The property was difficult to find, mainly because the lady in the pharmacy in the plaza mis-directed me away from the property!

For us, this was the perfect accommodation for visiting the Cinque Terre area while also enjoying the extremely pleasant atmosphere of La Spezia. The location is excellent, just a few steps (literally) from the city’s historic center and no more than a 7-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale, the main railway station. The seafront is also within easy walking distance, making for a pleasant stroll. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor, and you can park your car right outside the entrance, where only you have access. It is a private parking space reserved exclusively for you, ensuring that your vehicle remains safe and secure. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and pleasant. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It is exceptionally clean, and everything works perfectly. The owner is an extremely friendly and welcoming person who genuinely wants her guests to feel comfortable and is always willing to help with anything they may need. She also owns a salon located right next to the apartment. I am convinced that we made an excellent choice and will certainly recommend this place to friends and family. Whenever we return to the area, this will be our first choice. -

The property was very well appointed in a great central location, with private parking right on the doorstep which was extremely convenient. The owner was also incredibly kind and generous. We really loved this place. Thank you! Nothing.

Great location to explore La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Very clean and well equipped.

Close to the train station, shopping and restaurant areas, and the port. The apartment was clean. Aside from the individually packed coffee, the apartment doesn’t have anything for the guests. Not even water. It was okay if there was none as long as we were informed ahead.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, trains & ferries. As the front door is at street level there was a lot of noise late at night and in the morning.

We like the location within a walking distance either to marina, train station or center of La Spezia. The only thing which bothers us was that apartment is in the ground floor which was a bit noisy during the night ( traffic, people talking while walking by).

The location was ideal, close to the train station and many bars and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the shower pure bliss. The area can be busy in the early hours of the night, so be aware: there might be some background noise if you visit during the weekend. It's nothing insufferable, though.

Great location and perfect parking space. Everything is within walkable distance of this apt. Lots of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores around. Very little street noise as it is tucked around a corner. Perfect kitchenette for preparing coffee and light meals. Bed was very comfortable. Communication was prompt. Would highly recommend. If visiting in the winter months just make sure to pack some house shoes:) The tiles were a little cool but nothing a pair of slippers won't solve.

location was just perfect. few meters from house and you can find all the restaurants and shops. also private parking is must in this town and this fashionhouse provide you private parking. everything went well and I do recommend that if you are visiting this town, come to this house.

The location is very good. Near the train station (10 to 15 minutes with heavy luggage). Near the main touristic street. There are many restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Quiet place. Ground floor. There is a kitchen with pretty much everything you may need. Good communication with the host. Everything was perfect!

Great experience overall, I liked the place, location everything. it is very close to main road of La Spezia and close to train station. Best part is that you have car parking without extra fee in front of the building. I liked everything
