poor internet, the breakfast it was present but it was poor.

On premise Restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner; Great breakfast; Staff friendliness, location, like the rooms being called with color codes rather than numbers. I suggest that the premises out the rooms in the lawn area is properly treated with insecticides as I had mosquito bites.

Good location to where we wanted to go the marina area. The room was a good size and clean. The staff were nice. Breakfast seemed like it never got replenished. Once a certain item was gone, it wasn't replaced while we were eating there. It didn't seem like enough. Also, the parking area lights need to be adjusted. You're in total darkness until you reach the hotel door and then the parking lights come on. There is an elevator but it doesn't go to the rooms. You still have to climb stairs with your luggage to get to your actual room for those who can't do stairs well, or those who don't want to carry luggage up steps.

The person managing the hotel and interacting with guests was thoughtful and kind. I was at the hotel due to illness in my family and she could not have been nicer.

Parking was good Bed uncomfortable. Pillows extremely hard. Breakfast very limited and no help from staff - we were not made aware of what was available . Restaurant not open until 7.30 and on arriving 10 mins early we were told to wait. On leaving we had to wait ages for someone to understand we wanted to pay our city tax!

Breakfast was tasty. Staff tried their best to help. Language barrier. It would be great if there was a kettle or coffee/ tea in the room, since the restaurant is not always open. There are no restaurants close by. Also a small fridge. Housekeeping should stock up soap/ shampoo. Put a recycle bin in the room.

The staff was nice and welcoming. The location is terrible, the station (and is not the main station of la Spezia) is 8 minutes walking but the only way to get to the hotel, if you don't have a car, is to cross a low bridge. The hotel is 3.3km walk from the center. Breakfast, the first day I took a yogurt to go and it was spoiled. The second day there were no options for breakfast, there were only boiled eggs, a slice of ham and a slice of cheese, and the breads they had looked old.

The property is clean and the staff very kind and professional The room may be improved by adding soap dispensers or increase soap supply and a mini bar

Almost everything. Cover parking, walking distance(400 meter) from train station connecting La Spezia to the world famous Cinque Terre. Nothing was a very pleasant stay!

Great location near La Spezia Mig. Station. Very good aircon, food is great for morning and very nice at dinner. Staff was very helpful and nice. E-Bikes for rent is great bonus, would recommend them to get maybe atleast one electric scooter available for rent, would be awesome. Needs a bit of work on pre cleaning before new customer. Otherwise room was clean and trash taken after 10am.

The hotel is well located facing the train station. The staff especially Louis are kind and smiling. The cause of the foundation in helping people with autism is fantastic! The flat bed sheet that kept moving, the uncomfortable pillows (only one), the absence of basic amenities like fridge and safe.

very friendly Stuff, clean good room, fine Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. Good location. There was blackout in the street but it was solved quickly. I would stay there soon again! -
