Breakfast was good enough, but not super fancy. Staff were wonderful. Hotel has shuttle service to the train for Cinque Terra - very convenient.

The staff were amazing right from the moment we walked in the door! Rooms were nice and clean and parking was available. Food was fantastic at breakfast and dinner!

Overall experience was decent, the rooms where a bit outdated but its ok since the building is old. Breakfast was average and location is excellent

Very spacious room and friendly staff. Croissant at breakfast very tasty Unsure about parking cost. If I park without reserving a spot it’s free? But if I reserved I should pay €10 ? We stayed 2 nights and first night we arrived very late. On third day we checked out before mid day. Total less than 48 hrs but costed €30. A bit clearer instruction would be appreciated

There were a few ants in the room on the 4th floor, nothing serious but annoying. I believe the staff will take care of this problem quickly.

Close train station, safe and secure parking, room we stayed was super clean, super friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was amazing. Recommended. Heating system was not due to hotel policy but they provided extra blankets.

Our room was spacious and very clean, staff was very polite and overall it was all we needed for a night stay.

Staff was very helpful Wish shuttle service was 24hrs. We arrived from the train station at 11pm and taxis were on strike. We had to walk 2.2 miles with our luggage because of no shuttle service.
