Super friendly staff, they drove me to the train station when I couldn't get a taxi! And la spezia was great and lively town. I came to visit cinque Terre and this hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the main train station. I planned on taking taxis, but I think there were only 3 taxis for the whole town...... extremely frustrating and I ended up having to walk an hour to this hotel 3 times! My stay was great and it shouldn't have been a problem in theory but there were seriously no taxis!!!

The room was very spacious. They have space on the back to enjoy some dinner and to keep the car in (if you are there early). People were very friendly, even with the little English. Took us a while to figure out how to get it. Nobody was around and we ended up entering the building on top that is in very bad shape. Once they picked up the phone, everything was good. They have a kitchen but it has absolutely 0 elements or appliances on it (except a working microwave). I was annoyed in the morning (before 9) when they started chatting in front of our room and cleaning the room next door.

Lovely set up, all brand new! Close to bus. Across Street from cargo dock but great sound proofing. Really clean. Very friendly. Definitely recommend

Accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a "typical Italian breakfast" - brioche , cookies and a selection of hot beverages- not what I expected but adequate. Hosts and other staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable, the lady welcoming us was nice No private parking (or limited to 3 cars maybe?), we could find parking on the street. Not so new, we could hear all noises from the corridor. Overall, we had better accommodation for cheaper prices. Would be good to include fresh ingredients for ingredients and a juice or fruit.

The property was clean and very close to the shipyard where I had to go the next morning. Coffee machine was perfect. The owner and wife where very kind and accommodating with my late check in arrival. Lovely people ? Nothing

staff very welcoming ; restaurant nearby doing breakfast and takeaway food very useful during covid . room smelling cigarette . and minimalist breakfast. Rooms on ground floor very noisy as near entrance .
