We were nicely welcomed, the accommodations are nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast lacks options but does the job. The location offers good parking options in a rather quiet industrial part of town. Limited options around, you need to travel by bus or car to get to the main "attractions".

If you travel with car it's perfect. The hotel was clean and there is space in front of the hotel to park your car. (It's impossible to park a car in downtown Spezia during the summer)

Great location for the shipyards located close by, not somewhere I would stay for a holiday but very convenient for work based on the close proximity to the waterfront.

Host was very friendly, secure parking for motorcycle at the property, good option to stay overnight, owner suggested good restaurant nearby.
