Check in was a breeze and the staff were so friendly and professional. The room was clean, but the property needs some love. Lots of wear and tear through out. The air conditioner unit had some kind of green substance on it, unsure if it was mold, but there was no smell or feel of dampness in the rooms. The bed was extremely hard, which for me was uncomfortable. The pool is a wonderful size, but the stairs on one end are missing the second tread, which made it impossible to use them.

Location Shower head too much gunk,staff not the most pleasant check in,it was late but we called ahead said we would be late,facuet not attached in bathroom sink,room door would not close had to force it cloed.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Overall it felt a little dark and dingy but that could be because the decor is all dark colors.

Great hotel with a great price. Stayed here in route to Nashville. The room was clean and had nice pillows. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was a very clean establishment and conveniently next to a Crackle Barrel and Starbucks. The continental breakfast had a nice spread. For $100 a family of 4. It was a great choice. 👍 👌

Good breakfast, comfy beds When we arrived the front desk clerk was on his phone and was annoyed when I asked for the crib that we requested. Also there was a lot of loose hair that clearly wasn’t mine in the bathtub. It was gross.

Room was dirty. Comforter had stains on it. Bathtub had some hairs on it and wasn’t clean. Hallway smelled dingy. Bfast was ho hum. It was worse than when I stayed there several years ago unfortunately.
