The only positive thing I can say about this place was the shower had great water pressure. The place was old and run down. Everything felt sticky and dirty. Stains on all bedding. What looked like public hair on floor of bathroom. The "breakfast" was beyond minimal and afraid to touch anything bc it looked dirty and reused. Will never stay here again unless literally the only place available.

The room is spacious BUT old, bathroom is also old and not that clean. When we asked for towel replacement, its color yellow because its also old. Free breakfast nevermind, got scared that we’re going to get tummy ache.
-
the place was not maintained, alot of broken fixtures. would not come back!
-
Not very clean property. Had wierd smell. Breakfast was just ok. But great location and generally responsive staff.
-
Absolutely nothing! Very dirty! So dirty I could not allow my grandson to play on the floor.
-
Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean with no leaks. Towels were replaced every day and rooms were cleaned and freshened up daily. One of our shopping bags with some clothes disappeared from the room. We had to approach the front desk staff to get it back.

I got caught a blinding rain and decided to not push thru. The hotel met my immediate needs.
-
The breakfast was a joke. The place was filthy and stunk.
-
I had a queen and pull out, at first they weren't going to provide linens for the pull out. They only provided 2 towels. The lobby had a horrible smell.

Has bed bugs

The room was dirty, sheets where stained and when I went and asked for clean sheets they said I would have to wait until morning. They never cleaned my room the next day. The door didnt not lock when I woild leave , I had to use the extra locks when inside my room just to keep the door closed. The toilet over flowed and flooded the bathroom while I was trying to take a shower. When i went to the front desk and asked who I could speak with about getting a refund they said they did not know. I contacted the chain of hotels who offered me points. Points are pointless. I dont complain or ask for much of a hotel except for just a clean place to sleep and shower and safety.

The room amenities were not in working condition. Even the phone for contacting reception was not working, and the microwave was also out of order. The most unhygienic part was seeing a cockroach near the condominium section of the breakfast buffet. The breakfast itself had very limited choices. Overall, this hotel is not worth it at all. I would not recommend this property to anyone. I am regretting my decision,

This property was absolutely horrible, just disgusting and a total dump. The lobby, hallways, and our room smelled like wet dog and cigarettes. Our bathroom mirror was falling apart, the shower faucet was coming off the wall, the desk chair BROKE when I sat in it, and someone punched the bathroom door. We should not have been charged for this room, and I demand a refund or, at the minimum, a credit for a free week's worth stay at a hotel of my choosing.

This property was disappointingly not well maintained, (broken front door), trash littering the parking lot, terrible smell in the lobby (like sweating feet and butt), and room made my clothes smell like smoke. The attendants sat behind the front desk with their shoes off and a door open to an unkept storage room, Misc crap strewn all over the lobby and around the front desk. Would NEVER stay there again - even if it meant staying much further away from Lafayette.

Awful!!!
-
Its ok. My room was big. Carpets look dirty. Outside didn't look inviting 😕 and trash everywhere. Hard to find entrance. Over priced hotel.
-
Looks like black mold in the building, found what appeared to be a huge dried blood stain on the bed. Building is leaking from the 3rd floor to the second floor. This place is unhealthy, unsanitary, and just disgusting. I HAVE PHOTOS. I am going to see if I can get my money back. Nothing actually gets cleaned especially the toilet plunger.
-
I stayed at the hotel for 3 days when I had registered again and went to check in the front desk staff said they had cancelled my registration and sent the money back to my card as of today doing has been returned to me.
-
Multiple roaches and the front staff desk guy with glasses was extremely rude
