Friendly helpful staff

Would stay here again. Rooms were large, hotel was clean.

The room was clean and had more amenities than expected and staff was awesome. Really did enjoy our stay and will come back on another trip. The air conditioner was really noisy with high pitch squeal. Pullout sofa bed was very un comfortable. The continental breakfast was just ok.

I would check the side door there’s an outlet that appears to be getting water damage. And the elevator seemed a little unsafe, but the hotel room where I stayed most of my time and the service was wonderful.

The breakfast was very good. There was a lot of options. The staff was very attentive and asking if you needed anything. Very friendly. I feel the pool was not checked properly. We went in the day we got there and there was a broken floaty at the bottom of the pool and when we went back the next day it was still there. That to me means that the pool wasn't cleaned.

The only thing we liked about this stay was the friendly staff and the breakfast. They overbooked and gave away our room and we didn't find out until we arrived. We were supposed to have a two bedroom suite, instead we had to split up our family. The fitness center was extremely run down and filthy. They didn't have any pool towels. The couch beds are hard as a rock and my kids were supposed to sleep on those so we had to ask for a pile of blankets to make it tolerable. And half of the hotel was uncomfortable hot. But what did make the stay worthwhile was the staff maintained a friendly and positive attitude even after the million of complaints they were receiving from a lot of the other guests as well as us. If it weren't for that and it being so late, we would've just lost the money and went elsewhere. Oh, and the elevator was also broken, icing on the cake!

When I made my reservation I asked for ground floor because I had just gotten off crutches. They didn’t have a working elevator and had us on the 3rd floor. Absolutely no concern about the issue from the young man at the desk either. I asked for another room and they didn’t have any available. CANCELED my reservation and went to another hotel. I was also told that because I used a second party to book, he wasn’t able to help. Won’t be using this app anymore. VERY disappointed by the lack of service as we were in town for a funeral

Great experience, clean rooms staff very nice and helpful

We were a party of 14. We had 3- 2 bedroom suites all 3 rooms were clean. The best thing about this hotel is the staff went above beyond every day we were there. We have traveled as a group for many tournaments and everyone one in our party couldn't stop talking about how amazing the staff was.

Nice and clean, great space, comfortable beds and great folks working there. All in all a very nice stay.

We liked are suite it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was perfect for my family.

Some on the staff were incredibly rude.
